About bendiii
bendiii is built on one idea: health is fashion. We cover the movement, wellness, longevity and activewear — and the studios, places and people behind them — that make that idea true rather than aspirational.
We cover Pilates and mobility alongside sleep science and activewear design, because in practice they’re rarely separate conversations. Our writers come from backgrounds in movement instruction, textile design and health journalism, and we try to write about all of it with the same editorial standard: specific, evidence-aware, and allergic to hype.
Editorial standards
Stories that make clinical or performance claims cite primary research or clearly labeled secondary sources when available. Rankings state their criteria up front. We distinguish evidence from anecdote, and we correct material errors when we find them — email editors@bendiii.com with the article URL and what needs fixing.
bendiii is editorial, not medical advice. Nothing published here replaces a clinician, coach, or other qualified professional.
